At ENZO Jeans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn denim and apparel. If your jeans aren't the perfect match, our streamlined process ensures a quick exchange or full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all ENZO tags attached, ensuring the denim is folded neatly to avoid excessive wrinkling.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
